Every November and December we build year-end celebrations for banks, agencies and businesses across Durban — themed dinners, awards evenings and beach events. The companies that get the date they want are the ones who brief us in September.
Bring a theme or borrow one. We’ve built “how random” chaos parties, 70s discos, out-of-this-world space floors and formal black-tie galas — each with furniture, florals, lighting accents and table styling from one warehouse and one crew.
What a year-end build includes

A mood board before you commit, so the finance director can see the room before signing off on it.
The build
Furniture, décor, florals and draping delivered, installed and styled — evening strikes and late collections included, because year-end functions don’t end at five.
The morning after
Our crew strikes and collects; the venue is handed back clean. You take the credit and the photographs.

When should we book a December function?
September. Genuinely. December capacity is finite and dates confirm in booking order — by late October the calendar is usually decided.
Can you work inside our budget?
Yes. Tell us the number and we design to it — a strong theme executed well beats an expensive one executed thinly, every year.
Do you handle evening events and late strikes?
Yes. Late strikes and next-morning collections are part of the quote, agreed with your venue in advance.
